Terms of Service

Effective June 23, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Project ANTE (“ANTE”), a for-fun games platform inside iMessage and its companion website. By creating an account or using ANTE, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

ANTE contains simulated gambling and is intended for users 17 and older. By using ANTE you confirm you are at least 17.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate sign-up information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app or the website.

A3. Virtual coins — no real-money value

  • ANTE’s coins are a virtual, in-app currency provided for entertainment only. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them within ANTE.
  • Coins cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money or anything of value, and have no value outside the app.
  • There is no real-money gaming in ANTE. Coins are not a financial instrument and confer no ownership rights.
  • We may grant, adjust, or reset coin balances as needed to operate and balance the game economy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated means to farm coins or manipulate game outcomes;
  • create multiple or fake accounts to abuse the coin economy or collude to transfer coins;
  • attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ accounts; or
  • use ANTE for any unlawful purpose.

5. Termination

You may stop using ANTE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

6. Disclaimers

ANTE is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANTE and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because coins have no monetary value, loss of coins carries no monetary liability.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
